SAT which is known Scholastic Aptitude Test . PSAT is the abbreviation for Preliminary SAT . SAT tests measure the same skills and knowledge. Hence SAT is super set of PSAT. Another PSAT is practice SAT. Also National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT).
